REMO PINSTRIPE TRANSPARENT - CLEAR 8"
The stretches are made of two layers of membrane and connected to each other by welding. Between the layers of the film is a vacuum which is designed to dampen very high alikwots and shorten the sound. The result of such a membrane design is quite sharp, low sound with moderate attack. Its sound characteristics are ideal for a deeper and fuller drum sound suitable for a wide variety of situations on stage and in the studio. Pinstripe appear as:
The latter give a slightly more matte sound and are suitable for playing with brooms. PINSTRIPE is the tension most often chosen by rock and metal drummers. If you have a strong strike from Metallica's Lars Ulrich, these are the stretches for you.
