The AP-470 is equipped with a dynamic, weighed keyboard with a
TheTri-Sensor Scaled Hammer Action II (88 keys covered with synthetic
ivory and ebony).

The built-in sound module uses AiR technology and is characterized by
Max. 256-voice polyphony. The instrument has 22 colours (including New YORK Grand Piano)
and SPLIT, LAYER and DUET functions. In addition, the new instrument provides different
mimicking sound artifacts characteristic of acoustic pianos
(m.in. Acoustic Resonance, Key Action Noise, String Resonance, Lid Simulator).
